Mission
To educate and implement  associates with dexterity concerning Market Research and Consulting through market research theory, application and networking session

To create and retain an individual brand identity to each group of associates to maintain and advance

To generate a full marketing plan that would enhance members with skills necessary to generate their own market research projects

To provide associates with real-life experience in working with cross-functional groups

Projects/Events/Ideas for this year:

Corporate and Career Services marketing plan and brand presence
Develop a marketing proposal for the Career and Corporate Services which will be presented to the Corporate Associates and utilized by 114 Business

Case-Study (AMA Collegiate Conference)
Participate in various case studies- tentative event: Shell, Phillip Morris, etc

Continue to build our market analysis client list
Network, network and network with various firms in expanding existing contact list

Career Exposure with established Research and Consulting firms
Travel to a consulting firm and learning first-hand what a consultant is all about

PSU Athletic Department market research

Work with the football and basketball department in developing a campaign and a brand identity

Google- Ad-words initiative
Maintain Google-ad words account to better understand online marketing

Planning a trip to Ogilvy & Mather’s office in New York to learn more about the PR firms, the opportunities available within, their market research division and the insights provided by the professionals

Basketball Marketing Campaign Effectiveness Analysis
Analyzing the effectiveness of the basketball marketing campaign that was held on October 1st through putting together surveys and developing a detailed analysis for the Athletic department

PSMA internal analysis
Generating surveys and focus groups in forthcoming a feedback report  to improve the PSMA’s brand
